Taking a joint approach: The Cooling Water Teams from IO and US-DA
The ITER Cooling Water System is on the critical path; the Procurement Arrangement (PA) is scheduled to be signed this spring. To prepare all the necessary steps for launching the PA and to further discuss the plans for contracting with US industry for design, procurement, fabrication, testing and delivery of the components, the teams from the ITER Organization and their US-counterparts recently met in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where the US Domestic Agency is based.
