The mission of the Directorate for Central Engineering & Plant (CEP) is the timely provision of a fully qualified range of services and facilities required for the operation of the Tokamak device. The Directorate is responsible for the Procurement Arrangements, fabrication and testing of the following systems: cooling water, cryogenics, hot cell, radwaste, fuelling and wall conditioning, tritium, vacuum, steady state and pulsed electrical power supplies, and magnet coil power supply.
