IO-DA Coordination (IO-DA) Songtao Wu, IO-DA Coordination Head ITER Organization-Domestic Agency Coordination supports the Director-General and the three department heads (Department for Administration; Department for ITER Project; Department for Safety, Quality & Security) in dealings with internal and external bodies including, but not limited to, the ITER departments, Domestic Agencies, the ITER Council, and subsidiary committees such as the Management Advisory Council (MAC), Science and Technology Advisory Council (STAC), and the Financial Audit Board.
The group coordinates the ITER High-Level Coordination Meeting (IHCM) and the ITER Organization-Domestic Agency (IO-DA) Coordination Meetings as well as project management working groups and expert groups as required. It supports the organization of the Schedule Performance Review meetings in close collaboration with the Central Integration and Engineering Directorate. The group coordinates input papers and agendas for the above meetings, distributes minutes and records of decisions, and tracks action items. IO-DA Coordination interfaces with Domestic Agencies on behalf of the Director-General and the Heads of Department. ‹‹ Return to Highest Level
