Legal Affairs (LGA)
Laetitia Grammatico, Legal Advisor

Legal Affairs is in charge of legal counsel to the ITER Council, Management Advisory Council (MAC), and the Director-General.

Main areas of responsibility include: preparation of all legal texts implementing provisions from the ITER Agreement, its Annexes and its Related Instruments; legal analysis and advice in support of ITER Organization policies and in the context of international cooperation; legal interpretation and advice pertaining to questions of international law, the ITER Agreement and regulations and instruments developed by the ITER Organization; and representation of the ITER Organization in litigation or any other legal dispute procedures.​
