The Negotiators undertake the Negotiations on joint implementation of ITER. The Negotiators are appointed by the Government of each Participant. Up to December 2003 they met every two to three months to discuss the progress of negotiations. The Standing Sub-Group met at least once in between meetings to propose written drafts of items. Day-to-day progress is made through contact persons.
