Negotiations to advance the preparation of the Joint Implementation Agreement on ITER Construction get underway again next week with a round of meetings in Cadarache.

The Negotiators Standing Sub Group (NSSG) meets from 7-12 September to thrash out the details of staff regulations, procurement allocation and systems, risk management, resource management, and intellectual property issues.

The International Team and Participant Team Leaders meet on 10 September to discuss and plan further technical developments.

The Preparatory Committee meets on 13 September, among other items to react to India's expression of interest in joining ITER.

The 10th Meeting of the Negotiators then takes place on 13-14 September, to react on the progress with the Agreement and to set new goals.
