Final negotiation on the joint implementation agreement of ITER concluded today 6th December 2005, in Jeju, Republic of Korea.

This meeting also admitted India to the Parties contributing to the ITER endeavour. Half of humanity is now directly involved in the project.

Director-General Nominee, Kaname Ikeda was also invited to describe his immediate plans for the project.
