In case of accident

  • Protect yourself, the injured person and others
  • Call a first aider: See the contact details on the Safety Notice Board


    • For serious injuries/illnesses immediately call: FLS (CEA Fire Brigade) 04-42-25-22-18, and state:

  • Place of accident (building number, floor, office number)
  • Type of accident (fire, injury)
  • Number of victims
  • Your name


    • Notify the designated first-aid provider for the building.

  • Call the ITER Buildings Security Supervisor at 06-14-16-40-74


    • Collect the information, keep all evidence:

  • Photos, witness statements, location, equipment ...
  • Report Accident:


    • Inform your direct hierarchy and the ITER Buildings Security Supervisor, so that SAS Department has the opportunity to examine the accident in detail and if necessary, launch an enquiry to implement preventive measures.

    Fill in an Internal Accident Report Form and send it to:

  • Human Resource
  • Building Security Supervisor
  • Your Direct Supervisor
