Administration Department (ADM)


The aim of the Administration Department is to ensure that the ITER project and the ITER Organization operate within the planned value estimate and schedule and in compliance with Rules and Regulations approved by the Council.

In this capacity, Administration ensures the sound financial management of the ITER Organization, guarantees competitive procedures in the award of contacts and manages Human Resources. Administration and the Project Office work closely together to provide data and feedback to track information on the project and build efficient key metrics.

The Department consists of three Divisions: Budget and Finance, Procurement and Contracts and Human Resources and the Logistics group.
