Human Resources Division

The Human Resources (HR) division develops initiatives and provides strategic support to ITER Organization management with regard to Human Resources Policy. It supports line management and ensures organization-wide application of operational human resources activities.

Main areas of responsibility include staffing plan, employment conditions, recruitment, job classification and salary administration, performance appraisal, career development, training and development, working conditions, social security and pension scheme, and relations with the staff committee.

Human resource management is a priority for all departments and offices. The HR Division aims to develop a modern, effective and transparent human resources policy.

Serving each and every staff member with professionalism and respect is its main objective.
