Call for Nominations Call for Nomination is the first step of the Call for Tender process. PCD will formally invite the Domestic Agencies to nominate several potential tenderers that are capable of providing the required goods, services or works in order to enable IO to pre-qualify the nominated companies. Candidates shall be established in the territories of the Domestic Agencies and shall have work experience and recognized level of expertise, competence and references in the study field. Suitable candidates shall express their interest with the appropriate reference number and contact information to the Domestic Agency they refer to.
