Open Tender (OT) is intended to provide all eligible suppliers adequately and timely notification of IO's requirements and to provide them equal access and fair opportunity to compete for contracts related to required goods or services.

Initiated by an advertisement, in a Open Tender procedure there will be no short-listed companies, and all eligible suppliers whishing to participate in the competitive process are invited to do so.
