Central Integration & Engineering Office (CIE)The Central Integration & Engineering Office, manages all technical integration and project-wide engineering items through four divisions. A small section directly supports the Head of the Office, including coordination for the Domestic Agencies and advisory bodies to the Council. The Assembly & Operations Division takes care of the machine and plant installation, remote handling, transport and logistics as well as the preparation for operations. The CAD & Design Coordination Division deals with all the drawings and design models of the installation. The Nuclear Safety & Environment Division prepares the safety files for the licensing process and executes safety design and analysis throughout the project. The Technical Integration Division takes care of the configuration models, system and design integration, project-level analysis as well as document control. |
