The Project Office works in direct support of the Principal Deputy Director-General of ITER, Norbert Holtkamp. The In-Kind Management Section is responsible for project management, R&D coordination, and in-kind procurement management. The Project Control Section is in charge of configuration control, risk management and costs estimating. The Scheduling Section manages planning and scheduling.
