All visit requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance Visits are held Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We do not arrange visits during weekends and national bank holidays The site will be closed from 24 December to 01 January included As personal cars are not allowed on the ITER construction site, please note that – for Large Group visits involving more than 8 persons – you will need to book a bus for your visit. You may contact the local transport company SUMIAN (+33 4 42 54 72 82) or the transport company of your choice to reserve a bus for your visit; Visits are generally categorized as 'Small Group' (4 to 8 participants) or 'Large Group' (9 to 50 participants). If you are fewer than 4 persons, you may still submit a visit request, and we will add you to another group if possible. However, please note that if we do not have a minimum of 4 participants for a given tour slot, we normally cannot support your visit. In this case, we will provide you with prior notice of the cancellation. Visits are free of charge (except for bus hire costs); We must receive the registration form – fully completed with all required information for each participant – no later than two weeks prior to the visit.. Each participant must be listed by name on an approved registration, either as submitted on an individual registration form or group registration form. Participants will not be admitted to the ITER site if they have not previously registered, or if their registration has not been approved in advance. Driver’s licenses and professional badges are not accepted as forms of identification.PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS, NO SKIRTS OR HIGH HEELS ARE PERMITTED TO BE WORN ON THE ITER WORKSITE.
