Delivery of the last major components for the Wendelstein 7-X fusion device, now being built at the Greifswald branch of Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP), marks completion of the industrial manufacture of the main elements. The last two sections of the outer casing are meanwhile at IPP in Greifswald. Assembly of the large-scale experiment is now in full swing.
