Bringing ITER home

Myriam Jacobs

The ITER Tokamak's key components will be manufactured by the seven ITER Members in facilities located on their own territory. These components, about 200 of them exceptionally large and/or heavy, will be shipped from their production site to Fos-sur-Mer harbour, located some 50 kilometres west of Marseille. Watch this video clip to learn about how these heavy items are brought home.
