Rianne 't Hoen, Master's student at the FOM Institute for Plasma Physics Rijnhuizen Nieuwegein, Netherlands, was the official ITER fan #1,000 on Facebook! Hurrah! She received a "Do It Yourself Fusion Kit," and filmed herself showing how deuterium and tritium atoms combine to create fusion (video no longer available).
