ITER in "Nuclear Fusion": progress, key objectives and the larger ecosystem

Four sector modules are now in the ITER tokamak pit. Vacuum vessel sector module #8 (left, with rigging still attached) was installed in an overnight operation from 28 to 29 January 2026.
