Clusters of couplers

Like lichens on the tundra, these strange iron buds seem to have grown from the Tokamak Pit rebar lattice. Located on the Tritium Building side of the Pit, these densely packed bolts are in fact "couplers" that will be used to connect additional rebar for water detritiation system tank support.
