How to post an All-ITER message

Buzz contains a number of brand-new features and in the coming days we will explain how these features work and what they are for.

The All-ITER feature, at the right side of this article, will help making All-ITER email messages redundant. Every employee with access to Buzz can post a message here instead of communicating it to the whole organization through an email. If you want to tell your colleagues that there is food left in a meeting room, that somebody has left the lights of her/his car on or that you have lost/found keys, an umbrella or sunglasses, this is the place to post your message from now on. Just click on 'click here to add a posting", fill in a title, add some text and click "OK". On the Buzz homepage the title of your message, your name and the time you posted your message will appear and if you click on the message a pop-up box with the text you drafted will appear. By clicking on your message you can also edit whatever you wrote or cancel it.

So please use this feature extensively instead of sending All-ITER messages. If we all get into the habit of keeping Buzz open on our desktop and checking for messages every now and then, we can keep the All-ITER email distribution list for really important and urgent messages only and avoid email "spam"
