Contract Description
The scope of this contract includes the design, manufacture, supply, installation, and commissioning of an industrial thermal cycling furnace intended for the treatment of large metallic components made of stainless steel.
The furnace shall be capable of performing low-temperature thermal cycling operations under controlled atmosphere conditions, providing precise and uniform temperature distribution across the entire working volume. The system shall comply with all applicable European Union regulations and standards concerning safety, performance, and energy efficiency.

Contract Description
The scope of this Procurement is for PPEN SRO upgrade underneath:
• PPEN 66kV system Stage 2: ten (10) circuits including Substation Automation and I&C interface with MCPC stage 2.
• PPEN 22kV Cable installation and termination:
o Eight 22kV circuits/cables laid from GIS switchgear room to B15-L1-03 North need to be reorganised and converted into four circuits and terminated for a new configuration.
o Two new circuits/cables procurement, installation and termination from 22kVGIS switchgear room to Electron cyclotron (EC) HCD in B15-L1-03 North for SRO.
o One 22kV circuits/cables laid from GIS switchgear room to B15-L1-03 North need to be redirected from B15-L1-03North to B20 for Ion Cyclotron(IC) HCD and terminated.
o Three new circuits/cables procurement, installation and terminations from 22kV GIS switchgear room to MV switchgears for Ion Cyclotron (IC) HCD in B20 and Electron cyclotron (EC) HCD in B15-L1-03 North for SRO.

This tender process is for a full Turnkey project that means a single parts and labour contract which covers, but not limited to, the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Manufacturing Design, Manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Test, Packing and transportation, Delivery on IO Site, Assembly & Installation Design, Assembly and Installation, Site Acceptance Test and Commissioning (incl. integration with the I&C system of PPEN 66kV Stage 1system and 22kV I&C adaptation) and handover.

The present tender process is aiming to set up Supply Contract(s) for all necessary design development, qualification and manufacturing activities that ultimately enable the delivery of the instruments procured for the ITER Vacuum Vessel Pressure Suppression System (VVPSS).
The VVPSS instruments covered in this tender are divided into four (4) Procurement Lots: Lot 1 Pressure Sensors Absolute MP, Lot 2 Pressure Sensors Gauge MP, Lot 3 Pressure Differential Sensors MFT and Lot 4 Pressure Differential Sensors MPD. Depending on the Candidate's capability they may submit a tender covering one or several lots, but as minimum all the scope of one lot shall be covered, split lot or mixed lot will not be accepted by ITER Organization.

Contract Description
The contract will have 2 distinct phases:
1) The contract will include a BASELINE firm fixed scope the manufacturing of a pilot batch of 6 electroformed CCs and 2 CCA prototypes as baseline scope, according to the requirements specified in ITER_D_CSCLDS Manufacturing and factory test of the ITER DMS electroformed Cold Cells (CCs) and Cold Cell Assemblies (CCAs) prototypes, according to ITER final design, which is an integral part of this contract technical specification.
2) In the event of successful manufacturing by the contractor and satisfactory performance test of the prototypes undertaken by the IO, the IO will release the OPTIONAL series manufacturing of about 30 CCA units, according to the same or an amended technical specification ITER_D_CSCLDS (exact quantity will be specified at OPTION release).

The present tender process is aiming to set up a Supply Contract for the qualification of the LFC provider and further coating deposition on the series items as an Option.

The bolted connections of the blanket system assembly and maintainability rely on Low Friction Coating (LFC) based on the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) process of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) to provide both anti-seize and low friction functions.
The deposition of the LFC on the bolting system (bolt, insert and washer) and satisfaction of the IO requirements is a challenging task and results depend on Provider, therefore, qualification of the LFC provider(s) prior placing a contract for series production is crucial for satisfactory results with reduced associated cost and schedule risks.

to detect transient events such as ELM bursts or L-H transitions.
- 55.GT Tokamak Systems Monitor (TSM) is a diagnostic designed to provide a
comprehensive overview of the Tokamak's state by using optic-fibre and resistive
instrumentation signals, mixed with other monitoring diagnostics data. It compares the
current state with reference design values, detects anomalies, and manages the health and
lifetime of the Tokamak.

The thermal loading of the Blanket system is mainly due to plasma surface heating (radiation & convection) and volumetric neutron heating. A pressurized water circuit flowing through the main components (First Wall and Shield Blocks) allows cooling down the system. But some elements (pads, bolts, etc.) imbedded in the system are only cooled by thermal contact (and radiation) to the main water-cooled components, this conduction needs to be quantified accurately according to blanket operational conditions.

The present tender process is aiming to set up a Service Contract for the accurately measuring of the TCC for different material coated and not coated with the EIC (Electrical Insulating Coating) and threads used in the Blanket in vacuum conditions.

The present tender process is aiming to set up a Supply Contract for the provision of In-Vessel Supports, specifically the Junction Boxes and Clips.
-Electrical Junction Boxes will be used inside the VV of the ITER machine. The Junction Boxes are required for connection of electrical cables of Blanket and Divertor Operational Instrumentation system (BOI and DOI respectively). They will be fixed to the VV inner wall by bolts screwed into the VV bosses.
-Clips will be used for fixing BOI and DOI electrical and optical cables inside the VV. The Contractor is responsible for the supply of the Junction Boxes and Clips its delivery to the ITER Site and for ensuring that the product meets the requirements defined in this Technical Specification.

Contract Description
The scope of this tender is the design, qualification, manufacturing and on site installation of thermal insulation for Cryostat bellows interface. The Cryostat is one of the major components of the ITER machine. It is a large, stainless steel structure surrounding the vacuum vessel and superconducting magnets made up of a single wall cylindrical construction and is roughly 30 meters tall and wide.
The main functions of the Cryostat are to provide a vacuum environment and to support the Tokomak basic machine main components. It is interfacing with the Tokamak Building at the regular and irregular port penetrations through 54 bellows which functions are to ensure the leak tightness between the related environments and to compensate the relative movements between the Cryostat and the Tokamak Building.The layout between the Cryostat Bellows and the Tokamak Building consists of specific embedded plates which are either rectangular or circular. The structural capacity of the embedded plates is currently exceeded due to some thermal loading effects (fire and cryogenic accidents) which are applied directly on these structures. In order to resolve this issue, the scope of work of this tender is to implement thermal insulation at the Cryostat bellows / Tokamak Building interfaces.

The Contractor awarded for the contract associated to the works of the Short Term Openings Sealing (STOS) shall be responsible to complete, in line with ITER Organisation requirements, the following activities:
• Detailed design of openings sealing/infilling solutions to comply with all the functional, mechanical and interface requirements. Specific design solutions could be developed when complex configurations are encountered.
• Qualification program (including mock-ups fabrication and testing campaign) to demonstrate compliance and performance of the selected sealing solutions against project nuclear safety and technical requirements such as: fire sectorization, confinement, shielding, ageing, decontaminability, seismic loading, etc.
• Realisation of other mock-ups, when needed, to confirm constructability and correct implementation of selected sealing system solution (e.g. high cables saturation ratio, thick walls...).
• Issuance and management of infilling project deliverables such as quality plans, Job Safety analysis, technical specification, execution planning, method statements, installation drawings, installation procedures, inspection plans etc.
• Material supply and onsite sealing/caulking works for mechanical, electrical and mixt systems openings, located essentially in nuclear buildings of ITER site.
• Temporary sealing of mechanical, electrical and mixt systems openings for which final closure will not be required for ITER Augmented First Plasma (AFP) operations, but where at least fire sectorization requirement remains.

Contract Description
The present tender process is primarily aiming to set up a Framework Contract for the final, permanent closure of various temporary openings within the Tokamak Complex Buildings (TCB). Currently, openings exist in various reinforced concrete walls and slabs across the Tokamak Complex. Within the temporary openings, service penetrations may be needed along with Embedded Plates. Following closure, the surfaces shall be finished and painted commensurate with the surrounding primary structure.The required works shall be considered as minor civil works with subsequent finishing and shall consist of:- Survey of existing opening dimensions, condition, reinforcement availability, access and existing design.- Procurement, delivery, installation and execution of all reinforcement, formwork, concrete, embedded plates, paints and finishes.
