  • Heating and current drive physics and technology
  • Fusion plasma diagnostics
  • Control systems and methodology
  • Superconducting magnet technology
  • Electrical engineering
  • Mechanical engineering/ structural analysis
  • Remote handling technology
  • Vacuum technology and plasma fuelling technology
  • Cryogenics
  • Thermohydraulics
Applicants are requested to apply through the ITER.org job site.

The e-Recruitment system will require you to:

  • Fill in an online application file
  • Upload your Curriculum Vitae (including a list of your publications and photocopies of your highest academic qualification)
  • Upload a letter of motivation (limited to two pages)
Important: Three letters of recommendation are also required. Please send those letters together with a copy of your CV, publication list and motivation letter in one PDF file to HR-Recruitment@iter.org with the subject: 2012 Monaco Fellowship application.

Note: For merging documents into a single PDF file, free software is available at angusj.com
